Deleting instead of disabling

I'm experimenting with TODCM to determine if it will work for my School's mapping goals. I've create several test strands/standards/benchmarks and I would like to delete them instead of just disabling them. Is this possible? Am I just missing it in the menus?

Right now, we don't allow deletion of the strands, standards and benchmarks since it would create a problem for the published units. Because the published units are pointing to these data and if they are deleted from the system then it would affect the published units. For the TODCM installations that are managed by us we do sometimes go into the database directly and clean up the unwanted strands, standards and benchmarks.

I have been thinking about changing how the published units are archived and would like to change in a way that would allow the deletion of these data. I would like to get this done in a future release of TODCM.

For normal teacher users, deleting or disabling these data makes no difference to them.
